Ian Clark was announced as a director of Exeter City at the start of the 2002/03 season. 

Through the match programme, Exeter City announced the appointment of Ian Clark as a club director in August 2002 following John Russell and Mike Lewis taking control of the club a few months earlier. 

There is no Companies House record of Mr Clark ever having been a director of the club.
