Nigel Hawker was manager of the St James Centre at Exeter City’s ground during the mid-2000s.

An Exeter City supporter since the age of five in the early 1980s, Nigel was in his twenties when he worked for the club.

Later becoming a driving instructor, he helped raise funds for the Exeter City Supporters’ Trust and the Adam Stansfield Foundation when - together with son Toby  - cycling from Exeter to Blackpool for the Grecians’ away game at Bloomfield Road on Good Friday 2026.
