Loris Ghiglia came through City’s youth set-up and made a solitary first-team appearance as a 90th minute substitute in an EFL Trophy game in 2005.

Loris was with the U16s development squad at the Centre of Excellence in 2002/03 and subsequently became a trainee in 2004. He made one first-team appearance as a 90th minute substitute in a FL Trophy game against MK Dons in October 2005.

Soon afterwards Loris joined Taunton Town and remained at Wordsworth Drive until September 2006. He also played for Clyst Rovers and Dawlish Town and, away from football, worked as a chef and was a director of a restaurant business between 2012 and May 2015.
