Named after Globe Construction, the company that built the 6,476 capacity stadium, the Globe Arena has been home to the Shrimpers since 2010. The stadium’s opening game was Morecambe against Coventry in the League Cup in which the hosts beat their Championship opponents by two goals to nil.
