R Kelland was a reserve team player in 1920/21. He played at outside left and his first game in 1920/21 was against Mid Rhondda away on August 28th.

He was playing for Exmouth United in 1922/23 and was asked to play for Exeter Reserves, including a match at Watford in early December.

He played again on the 13/3/1926 at outside-left against Barry Town in the Southern League at St James Park.
