The Fred Rock Memorial Trophy was presented to the Devon and Exeter League by the family of the late Mr Fred.H. Rock in conjunstion with the Exmouth Arms Football Club. Fred, as well as helping Exmouth amateurs, also, served for many years on the Devon and Exeter League Management Committee. 
The Cup is played between youth teams
