Jim Emery played for Linfield, Distillery, Exeter, Walsall, Barrow, Ballymena, Bangor, Crusaders and finally Carrick in a long career.
He signed for Exeter in 1959, but did not play for the first team. He did however play a number of games for the reserves, before joining Barrow in 1960.
After playing Jim became a scout at Everton.
