Folorunzo was a trialist in Alan Ball's first match at Tiverton in 1991.
Born in Nigeria, He had played 19 times for Nigeria, including an African Nations Cup final, where they lost 1-0 to Cameroon.
Foley Okenla was on the books of English club Burnley, in 1991, without playing for them in the Football League, before his trial with Exeter. At the same time, he was offered a trail, by Gordon Milne, the manager of Besiktas, but he wanted to play in the English league.
He then moved to Birmingham City on a non-contract basis, where he played 7 times, scoring once, when the Blues were in the Third Division. He also was on trial at Blackpool.
He later played in the Belgian Second Division for K.V. Turnhout, making 4 apperances in 1992/93.
He then moved to the American Professional Soccer League playing seven times for Canadian club, Montreal Impact.
