Glenn signed for Exeter in July 1990 and stayed with the Grecians until June 1991, he played for the reserves and did not make a 1st team apperance.
He then returned to Australia, playing for a number of teams and between and 2004 he made over 170 apperances for such teams as Fraser Park FC, Newcastle Breakers, Newcastle United, Parramatta Eagles and Central Coast FC in the Australian League.
