Martin Musgrove

Martin is the son of former West Ham player Malcolm Musgrove who also managed Torquay United before serving Exeter City in a coach/physio role in the early 1980s.
Martin, born in east London when his father was at West Ham, finished his schooling in Torquay before becoming an Exeter City apprentice between 1978 and 1980.
He later played for Heavitree United, then in the Western League, during which time he made two league appearances for Torquay United on a non-contract basis.
In 1983 Martin spent a season playing in New Zealand before returning to Britain to start a career in sales, advertising and - eventually - publishing. As a sideline Martin became interested in yachting and gradually built up a business in Lymington offering RYA training, corporate hospitality, offshore racing and team building events.
