Kevin Skinner from Crediton was a former Plymouth Argyle apprentice who played as an amateur for City's reserves in the Western League in 1977/78. He later worked for the Royal Mail and played for Elmore, Crediton United, Witheridge, Tiverton Town and Newton St Cyres.
