Steve Kelly played for Exeter City Reserves in the Western League in 1977/78 and 1978/79.
Before playing for Exeter, he had been an apprentice at Bath City.
He made his debut in the opening game against Bridport on the 27th of August 1977.

He played for Tiverton in 1981.
Steve joined the back room staff at Exeter in the 1990's working as promotions manager amongst other roles
