Steve Kelly played for Exeter City Reserves in the Western League in the late 1970s before taking on the role of promotions manager at the club in the 1990s. 

Formerly a youth and reserve player with Bath City. he played for Exeter City's reserves in the Western League before a spell with Tiverton Town. 

Returning to St James' Park some years later. he became the club's promotions manager amongst other roles.
