Biographical Text
Rod Webber was part of City's re-formed reserve team in 1972/73 and was later an administrator with both Exmouth Town and the Western League.
Rod was thirty when he was called upon to help City re-establsh a reserve team in the Western League after a five-year gap in 1972. With the task complete, he then moved on to Exmouth Town - recently elected to the Western League - where he was secretary at the time of the club's run to the semi-finals of the FA Vase in 1985 and its' title wins in 1984 and 1986.
Leaving Southern Road in 1988, he became vice-chair and then chair of the Western League ahead of his death in Decemver 2018.
