Exeter, Devon 1960

Peter Howarth was an Exeter City youth player in 1978/79 and the older brother of Frank Howarth who played around forty first-team games in the 1980s.

Returning to the club in 1984, when he was approaching his mid-twenties, Peter added experience to City's 'A' team in the Devon and Exeter League.
