1991 Charlton, John
John Charlton, formerly with Arsenal, was a trialist at Exeter City in April 1992 and played for the club in the midweek reserve league against Bristol Rovers.
He signed for Arsenal following a successful year playing for England Schoolboys in 1989. Not playing for the first-team, he was released and after his trial at Exeter City moved to play for Bracknell Town.
Living in Bracknell, he returned to education and built a career in network and software engineering.
