Bristolian Darren Keeling, once with Bristol City, had a short trial with Exeter City in 1995 before agreeing terms with Weymouth.
Aged twenty-three at the time of his brief association with the Grecians, he later encountered various issues and had a spell away from the game before joining Gloucester City in February 1998 followed by a £15,000 move to Yeovil Town eight months later. Soon back with Gloucester, he later played for Clevedon.
