Peter King was the son of former Exeter City wing-half Roger King.

Peter scored 7 goals in 16 games in the youth team in 1974/75.

He played against Bodmin, in a South Western League game for Exeter City on the 20/1/1975, and appeared for City in the Devon and Exeter and South West and Wales Youth Leagues.

Peter, whose father Roger had also played for the Grecians sadly left the field of play 24th November 2020.
