Born Exeter 1965

Steve, a goalkeeper, was a non-contract reserve player. He made 29 appearances for Exeter City in the Devon and Exeter Premier League in 1984/85 and had earlier played for Crediton United's age group teams.

Steve became a builder and kept goal for Exmouth Town and other local clubs. He later managed Crediton United between 2009 and 2011.

As of 2022/23 Steve was goalkeeper coach at Willand Rovers where his son Ryan had played since 2014.
