Damian Keeley was an emergency stand-by player for Exeter City in 1983 who had briefly appeared in the Football League for Torquay United.

He grew up in South Devon, attended secondary school in Torquay and played league football for Torquay United in 1981/82 starting one game and coming on in two more as a substitute.   

Joining Teignmouth, he then registered as a non-contract stand-by for Exeter City in 1983 but made no appearances.

He later worked in the design business in Torquay.
