"Lee Bolson, a 19-year-old just released at his own re- quest by Second Division Bournemouth, is on trial with City. A strong, well-built for- ward, he was a prolific goal- scorer for Bournemouth's reserve side, but asked to leave Dean Court because of the lack of first team oppor- tunities there. He was due to play in City's reserve match agains Newport on Tuesday along with local players Adrian Harris and Tony Stuart, but that game was postponed because of an inevitably waterlogged pitch.
