Paul Abrahams, then in his mid-thirties, appeared for Exeter City's 'A' team in the Devon and Exeter League during the second-half of the 1987/88 season.

Making his debut for his local club Bath City in 1970/71, he had earlier been a junior with Bristol City.

Later moving to Devon, he appeared for Exmouth Town, Brixham, Tiverton Town and - immediately prior to joining the Grecians on a non-contract basis - Dawlish Town.
