Ryan Semple

He was a trialist in 2008, playing against Weston Super Mare in July 2008 at Weston, where he had a point blank effort saved spectacularly by Harrison the Weston goalie.

Ryan started his career with Peterborough United  His progress at Peterborough was affected by a broken leg towards the end of the 2002–03 season after which he was loaned to Farnborough  in November 2003, remaining for two months and scoring twice in nine league appearances. He made over 40 appearances for the Posh and scoring 3 goals

In July 2006, Ryan left Peterborough to join Lincoln City and then Chester City, Rushden and Diamonds  and Oxford United in 2008. 

In March 2008 , he agreed to join Brackley Town leaving them in July. After his unsuccessful trial with City, he spent a brief period on trial at Boston United but was not offered a deal. 

Ryan then  joined Deeping Rangers for the the start of the 2008–2009 season. In April 2009, he signed dual forms with Haverhill Rovers  to help them in their quest to avoid relegation , he then joined Gainsborough Trinity for the 2009 season, 8 months later he rejoined Boston Town, after two seasons he moved to Corby and then had a spell at Bury Town.

In January 2014, he rejoined Boston United, returning to Peterborough as a coach in 2020.
