Ben Osman, twin of Toby and son of Russell (then Exeter’s first-team coach), was a trainee between 2007 and 2009. During his time at City, Ben had a period on loan at Salisbury City during 2008/09.

After leaving St James Park he joined Forest Green Rovers before having another spell at Salisbury. Thereafter Ben was at Weston Super Mare, Paulton Rovers, Hampton and Richmond and, in 2016/17, AFC Hornchurch.

Outside of football Ben worked in recruitment followed by roles as a business development manager, broker and account executive.
