Thomas played in the practice match on the 30th August 1907. He was in the Army, based at Topsham Barracks.

Thomas was born on the 09/11/1880 in Rippingale, Bourne, Lincolnshire.
He was with RFA in Woolwich, from 1900 – 1912 and based in RFA, Lincoln from 1915-1919.

On the 5/9/1907 he played cricket for RFA v Devon Depot having been posted to 15th Battery, Topsham Barracks on the 12th of March 1907.
