Adam, from Paignton was a striker who scored 32 goals for the Under-17's at Exeter in 1997/98. 

He was a trainee at Exeter in 1998/99, having previously been an associated schoolboy.

He played for the 1st team in the Devon Bowl against Plymouth Argyle on the 10th of May 1999.
