Shaun was from Exeter and played in midfield.

He was a trainee at Exeter in from 1997 to  1999.
playing in 1998/99 in the South West Counties Youth League and Devon and Exeter Youth league.

He played for the 1st team in the Devon Bowl against Plymouth Argyle on the 10th of May 1999.

Shaun played for Barnstaple in 2001.
