Born Torbay 1987.

Tom, a goalkeeper, was at the club in the centre of excellence under-16s in 2003/04. He was then a trainee between 2004 and 2006 and sat on the substitutes' bench for the FA Cup tie against Doncaster Rovers in December 2004.

Tom played a first team match against Aldershot Town in the Conference Cup on Tuesday 8 February 2005.

Whilst at City Tom spent time on loan at Dawlish Town. 

After his release, Tom had a long career in non-league football playing for Buckland Athletic, Newton Abbot Spurs, Plymouth Parkway and Taunton Town.

As of 2023 he was running a joinery business in Newton Abbot.
