Biographical Text
Louis Morison was an Exeter City scholar/trainee and professional between 2018 and 2021. He made one EFL Trophy appearance before joining Tiverton Town and later playing both cricket and football for Exmouth (representing Devon at cricket along the way).
Attending school in Ottery St Mary, Louis had been a member of City's academy since the age of nine before becoming a scholar/trainee on leaving school. He scored at Ipswich Town in the FA Youth Cup 2nd Round in November 2019 and, in June 2020, agreed professional terms on a one-year deal. He made his first team debut in the EFL Trophy as a substitute against Forest Green Rovers on 8 September 2020. It proved to be his only first-team appearance before his release in May 2021.
Louis had played nine times for Tiverton Town on loan during 2020/21 and Ladysmead became his destination on departing City. He was a regular for Tivvy during 2021/22 and continued in a similar vein in 2022/23 before renewing his contract for another season.
Having scored more than thirty times in just over a hundred games, Louis left Tiverton Town for Exmouth Town in October 2023 where he was part of the side which reached the Southern League play-offs in April 2025.
Also a consistent performer for Exmouth's cricket club, Louis was called up to play for Devon ln a T20 fixture against Somerset in May 2025 just weeks after the end of the football season.
