Frank, from Plymouth, had played age group football for Southampton whilst at school before becoming an Exeter City trainee between 2019 and 2021. 

Achieving highly on his course at Exeter College, Frank won a scholarship through to 2025 to study sports business management at Mercyhurst University in Pennsylvania where he played for Mercyhurst Lakers in US college competitions. During 2024 he also appeared for Hattiesburg FC (Mississippi) in the semi-profeaaional USL League 2.
