Jack, a midfielder, was part of the Exeter City academy from the age of seven and was a trainee between 2019 and 2021. He subsequently signed a one-year professional deal in the summer of 2021 before immediately joining Southern League side Taunton Town on a six-month loan where he played sixteen games in the first half of what proved to be a championship-winning season.

Returning to St James' Park, he spent a period on loan at Poole Town during the early months of 2022 before being released by City. Jack then enrolled at Cardiff Metropolitan University and, by early 2023, was appearing for the university in the top-flight of Welsh football. Continuing his studies, he opted to spend a season with Tiverton Town during 2023/24 season before playing again for Cardiff Met from August 2024.
