Eli, from near Bridgwater, is the brother of City professional Archie and twin of one-time trainee Zeph.   

Eli was in City's academy in 2017 and became a trainee in 2020. He was released by the club in May 2022 having spent time on loan at Barnstaple Town.

He was playing for Wellington in the Western League during 2022/23 together with fellow ex-City trainee Jamie Nicholson and by the following season was featuring regularly for Street alongside his brother Zeph ahead of the pair joining Bridgwater United in May 2024.
