Will was at Exeter City in the academy as an under-16 in 2013/14. He was then a trainee between 2014 and 2016. 

After being released Will briefly played for Willand Rovers before moving to Bideford and then Cullompton.

Will returned to Willand in 2018 and, with the club rising from the Western League to the Southern League during his time at Silver Street, was still at the club during 2022/23..
