Frank was a member of the under-18 squad from 2014 to 2016 playing as a forward and in midfield. He scored 15 goals for the under-18s in 2015/16 and was man of the match in the FA Youth Cup against Preston North End.
Frank also appeared for City against Plymouth Argyle in the Devon St Luke’s Bowl in April 2016.
Whilst with City’s under-18 squad Frank continued his education at Colyton Grammar School and was therefore eligible to play for England Schools at under-18 level during 2014/15.
After leaving City, and completing his A levels, Frank undertook a scholarship at Georgia State University where he played over seventy games against other colleges and universities.
He later trained to be a PE teacher in a private school in Bournemouth. After spells with Honiton Town and Willand Rovers, Frank was playing for Hamworthy Rec in the Wessex League in 2023.
