Born 29 December 2000 Truro.

Theo, from West Cornwall, was an Exeter City scholar/trainee between 2017 and 2019. He then signed professional and was with the club for a further two seasons.

Theo played was on loan at Barnstaple Town early in 2019/20 and, later that season, spent time at Bideford. A further loan spell followed with Willand Rovers in 2020/21.

Theo was released by Exeter in May 2021 and signed for Tiverton Town ahead of 2021/22. In one season at Ladysmead Theo scored five times in 36 games whilst also having a short loan period back at Bideford. 

Theo moved to Plymouth Parkway in June 2022 but soon signed  for Bideford in August 2022.
