1994 Steer, Richard
Richard played for Exeter City's under-17s in 1994/95 whilst still at school before becoming a trainee in 1995. A regular for the club in both the Devon and Exeter Youth League and the South West Counties Youth over the next two seasons, he also represented the Grecians in the FA Youth Cup as well as making appearances for City's reserves.
Richard visited the Exeter City museum October 2021 in the company of his father Melvyn who had played for Crediton United in the 1960s.

I also played for the reserves against clevedon town away when I was a 2nd year urs, Amazing website, some great memories and pictures! Many thanks! I have kept some old pictures of the time I spent there with the boys, if you would like me to send!
