1964 Pope, Ian
Ian Pope played for Exeter City's reserves in 1964/65 before enjoying a long career with Barnstaple Town.
He made his debut for City's Western League team aginst Weymouth's reserves in August 1964 and played several times that season before playing for Barnstaple between 1965 and 1967.
He then switched to Bideford for another two seasons prior to heading back up the A39 to Mill Road where he amassed over 500 first-team appearances through until the early 1980s.
