Mark was an associated schoolboy at Exeter in 1989/90, he was from St Thomas High School.

Mark played for the youth team at Exeter in 1990/9. He played against Trowbridge in the FA Youth Cup in 1990 for Exeter City 

After leaving Exeter he played for Crediton.
