Henry Pinkrah
Henry played for Exeter City in the South West Youth Alliance from 2007 to 2009, whilst at Exeter College.
After leaving College he studied for a degree at Cardiff Metropolitan University in Sport and Exercise Science. Graduating in 2012.
He then studied for an MSc in Sport and Exercise physiology at Leeds Metropoltian University.
By 2019/20 Henry was a certified Level 3 personal trainer with a vast array of experience in the health and fitness world, setting up a company called "BASE 13 as a home for clients who shared a common goal to improve their health and fitness."
His experiences includes working from fitness instructing, coaching football in the states, working with cardiac rehabilitation patients and as a sport science intern at a professional football club (Sheffield United FC) and also working as a Health and Wellbeing Physiologist.
