Arriving at Exeter City in pre-season, he played in the game at Falmouth but was then injured at Newquay.
With his hopes of a contract gone he returned to the North West to play for Runcorn, Chorley, Northwich Victoria and, in 1995, Winsford United.
Thereafter he was with Bangor City, Caernarfon Town and Lancaster City before joining Witton Albion in 1998.
