The Grecians made several last-minute changes in the team that played Torquay Town, in September, and at outside-left was a new amateur from Sidmouth, named Tucker, who formerly played for Chippenham Town.

He played for Exeter City in the Plymouth and District League during 1913/14, scoring twice against the Royal Irish regiment in November 1913.
