Chris was a youth player at Exeter City in 2007/08, whilst at Exeter College. He worked in the City Community Trust and the Centre of Excellence coaching in a variety of areas. 
He studied at Bicton Colege and Marjons in Plymouth and moved to coach in Canada in 2013, and was still coaching in Onatario in 2020.
