Kieron was at Exeter College, and the Academy at Exeter City. 
He also coached at the Exeter's Centre of Excellence and for Arsenal Soccer Schools.
After leaving the Grecians he went to the University of Gloucester where he graduated with a BSc.
Moving to the USA he was head coach at Irvine Slammers FC  in 2013/14, Sand and Surf Soccer Club in 2014/15 and at Beach FC from 2015 to 2018.
 
He was Head Coach at  Encinitas Express, in 2020 in California.
