2001 Ngopwani, Pitshou
Former Norwich City youth team player Pitshou Ngopwani played for Exeter City as a trialist against Budleigh Salterton on 30 October 2001.
In a match organised to celebrate Budleigh's new floodlights, he scored twice in City's 4-0 win before moving on to play for Hendon and Chalfont St Peter.
Born in Zaire, he played for England and Northern Ireland at age-group levels and had enjoyed a spell in Norwich City's youth teams before his release in the summer of 2001. Prior to trying his luck with the Grecians, he had been similarly unsuccessful at Southend United.
He later ran a football academy in NW London.
