Trevor was from Teign Village and played against Torquay in a youth game in 1984/85.

Trevor was born on the 5th of September in Bovey Tracey, a winger 
he was a youth trainee at Torquay United in 1985/86, he played 5 times for the Gulls and later played for Buckland Athletic.
