Shaun Constable from Torrington appeared for Exeter City’s youth team in 1984 before working as a youth coach with Leeds United and Stoke City and managing clubs in Norway and Sweden. 

Growing up in Torrington in North Devon, he made an appearance for City’s youth team against Torquay United during the 1984/85 season before studying sport and exercise science at Leeds Metropolitan University.  

Becoming a football coach, he worked in Leeds United’s academy between 1998 and 2006 prior to spending three years with Stoke City in a similar capacity. 

He then moved into adult football with Norwegian club Sanderfjord in 2012 before working in Sweden with Östersunds FK and IF Brommapojkarna. He then returned to Norway to take charge of Moss in 2021 followed by taking up an appointment later that year with IL Flint  in the same country,
