2002
Ryan Fice
Born Plymouth 1984
Aged eighteen Ryan scored a first-half hat-trick in a 10-0 friendly win at Bodmin Town. Around this time Ryan also played for Plymouth Argyle in a Devon St Luke's Bowl game at Tiverton.
Failing to secure a deal at City, and based in Plymouth, Ryan had a long career in Cornwall and Devon non-league football playing for teams such as Falmouth Town, Bodmin, Plymouth Parkway and Ivybridge Town. He also played representative football for Cornwall.
He later went into management and, in 2022, Ryan moved on from the assistant manager’s job at Callington to become manager of St Blazey where ex-City trainee Phil Lafferty had stepped up to a director of football-type role. Although St Blazey enjoyed a good start Ryan soon left Blaise Park and, by autumn 2022, was assistant manager at Torpoint Athletic.
