Born Watford 2004.

Tor played under-15 football for the Exeter City academy during 2018/19. He then had two seasons with Torquay United before joining Barnstaple Town as a seventeen-year-old ahead of 2021/22. Seeing that things were uncertain at the North Devon club, Tor decided to move to Buckland Athletic after just a few weeks.

Tor played regularly for the Newton Abbot club during the remainder of 2021/22 returning to Barnstaple, now under new management and ownership, at the start of 2022/23.
