Brandon was in the academy from the under-13s and was a trainee between 2016 and 2018. He played for City against Exmouth in the semi-final of the Devon St Luke's Bowl in March 2017.   

Brandon later enjoyed a long association with Elmore where he was still playing in 2024/25.
