Jason Rowbotham

Jason had been at Plymouth Argyle, since 1987, was released in 1992 after making 9 apperances., when he joined Shrewsbury, he did not play for the Shrews and moved to Exeter, as a  trialist he played in midfield for Exeter City against Plymouth Argyle in the Neville Ovenden Football Combination game in February 1993.

He moved to Hereford for the end of the season, playing 5 games. In July 1993 he signed for Raith Rovers, where he played 56 games, scoring once, he also played in Europe for Raith Rovers.

He returned to England, in 1995 when Wycombe Wanderers signed him for £40,000. He played 30 times at Wycombe in two seasons, before signing for Plymouth, after a brief loan spell, permanently in 1997.
He left Plymouth in 2000 played five games at Torquay United on a non-contract basis, before leaving in January 2001.
He finished his career in non-league football with Weymouth 2001-02 and Merthyr Tydfil, in 2002.

Jason is the brother of Darren Rowbotham.
