Ken Wallis was signed, as an amateur on the 1/11/1928 from local side Bishopsteignton, he made his debut at inside-left for Exeter City Reserves in a friendly against Torquay United on the 24/11/1928.
The Express reported the following when he signed:-
"Wallis and Bluck signed amateur forms. The former s 20 years of age and 5ft. 7in. in height, and has played at inside-left, for Bishopsteignton. Bluck is a member of the Kenton United team. An outside-right, he played for Shropshire County last year."
